Established since 2004, Young Midas Enrichment has worked with more than 300,000 students in over 250 educational institutions and schools in Singapore and regionally. With an unwavering passion for developing the well-being of youths and children, we seek to instill values, develop character and life skills which are vital in preparing them for the challenges of the knowledge economy. We have continuously partner with schools, community and government agencies to deliver customized and innovative training solutions that show results.
Our programmes and training solutions are centered on instilling the 5 Core Values of Character Development, Values Education and 21st Century Competencies in our students. Founder
Kenneth Yeong,
Founder & Master Trainer
Kenneth Yeong is the founder and brain-child of Young Midas Enrichment & Training Services. As a Master Trainer with more than 15 years of experience, his strength lies in his ability to relate and connect with youths through his humorous, passionate, engaging and interactive style. Participants will encounter a learning moment, empowering them to higher levels of learning and appreciation of the subject matter. Kenneth has also innovated many subject and content matters making it easier for youth to appreciate and apply the concepts in their areas of learning.
Today, Kenneth continues to conduct workshops, lectures, parental talks, assembly talks on various subject matters to schools, educational institutions and organisations. As a Managing Director, he oversees all business development activities and ensures that the delivery of training solutions and programmes are of the highest standards and quality. He also serves as a mentor to other trainers, continuously challenging them to expand their training horizons and capabilities. Kenneth has attained the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance certified by SkillsFuture Singapore.
OUR TRAINERS
Our trainers and educational consultants go through a stringent recruitment and training process to ensure our training deliveries are of the highest quality. As a key criterion, all trainers must first have a passion for teaching and mentoring the young. They are personally trained by our in-house master trainers in the various subject areas, pedagogies and classroom management strategies.
Our trainers are MOE registered and have at least 3 years of working experience with youths. Over and above, they have obtained training qualifications such as the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

OUR APPROACH
The programmes offered at Young Midas Enrichment are developed in line with national initiatives like the Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and are tailored specifically to suit the needs of each institution. We are focused on instilling the 5 Core Values of Character Development, Values Education and 21st Century Competencies in our students.
Our approach takes the form of action-packed knowledge transfer, group activities, discussions, peer learning, motivational videos and experiential activities that reinforce learning. All training delivery will be conducted in a stimulating, fun and interactive environment through various approaches and pedagogies to throw out boredom.
