Personal & Interpersonal Mastery
Personal effectiveness is about using the resources that you possess (i.e. your talents, strengths, skills, and time) to enable you to master your life and achieve your goals. On the other hand, interpersonal effectiveness is often referred to as social intelligence. It is about your ability to communicate and interact with others effectively. Both personal and interpersonal skills are important for one to succeed in life. We work closely with schools to customise the progammes to bring about an increase in personal and interpersonal skills mastery. Ultimately, the end objective of our programmes is to develop the Social and Emotional competencies of each student.
